It seems that the special task of child-rearing keeps getting more and more difficult as time goes on. Questions of time, discipline, and balance all weigh heavily on the Christian parent. We’ve developed this 6-session study to help parents gain a Christian perspective on raising their children in the heart of God.

Hoping to bring the DISCIPLE experience to some more people at Hicks Memorial, a proposed study of Invitation to the New Testament is proposed for this year. Beginning in February, study leaders Rev. Don Haulman and Glenn Keiper will present 8 sessions for those who want to make such a commitment and develop their discipleship. Join Pastor Rich for lunch at Panera Bread in Altoona at 1230 every Wednesday in Lent starting Feb. 17th. We will share a scripture and a brief devotion over lunch. Leave when you need to. Feed your soul and your body.
